Neptune Contracting, LLC ("Neptune Contracting," "we," "us") operates a registered Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC text-message program. We send text messages to customers, prospects, and the contacts of our clients who have provided express consent to receive them. These SMS Terms apply to all messages sent through our program.
We send messages only to individuals who have provided prior express consent through one of the following methods:
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The mobile number you provide must belong to you, and you agree to notify us if it changes.
Sample opt-in language: "I agree to receive recurring informational and promotional text messages from Neptune Contracting at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the program you opted into. You may receive messages in response to your activity (such as a new inquiry) as well as recurring messages. We apply per-contact frequency caps and local quiet-hour windows to avoid excessive messaging.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for sending and receiving text messages, according to your plan. Neptune Contracting does not charge a separate fee for the messages, but we are not responsible for charges from your carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. You may also reply with CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. Opt-outs are processed promptly and automatically.
If you opt out, you may no longer receive helpful messages such as appointment reminders. To rejoin, simply opt in again through a web form or by texting the applicable keyword.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@neptunecontractingtx.com or 972-944-7833. Replying HELP returns our contact information and a brief description of the program.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Neptune Contracting. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except subcontractors that help us operate the messaging program. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
